Dr Serge Santos is an entrepreneur, investor and business leader who combines the analytical rigour of a physicist with the practical realities of building and scaling companies.

After a career in strategy consulting, investment banking and hedge funds — where he helped deploy more than $1 billion in capital — Serge turned his focus to entrepreneurship. While he founded and successfully exited Certus Capital, much of his recent work has centred on transforming Compressed Air Centre, a leading industrial engineering business serving the South East of England. Since acquiring the company in 2017, he has overseen its expansion into new territories, completed strategic acquisitions, and helped strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner to industrial businesses across the region.

Today, Serge leads a portfolio of businesses under Bedrock Enterprises, spanning engineering, finance and technology. Known as "The Business Physicist", he applies scientific thinking to business challenges — focusing on systems, risk management, culture and long-term value creation. Having entered the industry at just 17 years old, he has built his career from the ground up — developing deep expertise across system design, installation, maintenance, optimisation and energy efficiency.

Throughout his career, Ambrose has worked closely with manufacturers, engineering teams and industrial businesses to solve complex operational challenges, reduce downtime and unlock long-term cost savings. His practical, solutions-focused approach has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor who understands both the technical and commercial realities facing modern businesses.
